Where do you ship?

We ship to Canada, the United States and Mexico.

How long will my order take?

Every piece is printed to order by our production partner, Printful. Please allow about 2–5 business days for your order to be made, then about 3–4 business days for delivery in Canada and the US, or 5–20 business days elsewhere. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Is shipping free?

Yes, in Canada and the US, on orders of $125 CAD or more after discounts. Below that, and for orders to Mexico, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Will I pay duties?

For orders to the US and Mexico, any duties and import taxes are shown at checkout.

How do the sizes fit?

The Dead Weight Hoodie runs small, so size up for a relaxed fit. The Bleed Through Tee is true to size with a relaxed fit. The beanie is one size with a stretchy rib. Each product page has a full size chart.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 24 hours of ordering, as long as it hasn't gone into production. Request it from your order page (the link is in your order confirmation email) or email us your order number, and we'll refund you in full. Once your piece is being printed, we can't cancel it.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because every piece is made to order, all sales are final and we can't take returns or exchanges for size. If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us your order number and photos and we'll make it right. See our refund policy for details.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking information when it's available.

How should I wash it?

Machine wash the tee cold and tumble dry low. Hand wash the beanie. Turning garments inside out helps protect the print.

Nauseous is an independent streetwear brand from Canada.
